WHAT IS YOUR SAMPLE POLICY?(BASED ONQUANTITY)

We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

How to proceed an order for the product?

Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

WHAT IS YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?

100% payment beforedelivery.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx , EMS or as your request, Airline and sea shipping also optional.

HOW ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

One sample needs 1-2 days(Customized products require 7 days), mass production time needs 4 weeks for order quantity more than 200 set.

Do YOU OFFER GUARANTEE FOR THE PRODUCTS?

Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products(non-artificial damage).

HOW TO DEAL WITH THE FAULTY?

A Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

CAN TTL LOUPES AND OTHER CUSTOMIZED REFRACTIVE LENS PRODUCTS BE RETURNED?

TTL loupes and other customized refractive lenses cannot be returned. Please confirm the customization information with customer service before customization.

CAN YOU PRODUCEACCORDING TO THESAMPLES?

Yes, we can produce by your samplesor technical drawings. ODM & OEM isavailable.
